Every garment is carefully crafted, inspected, and packed before dispatch.
Should you require an exchange or encounter an issue, we will assist you with care.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Original tags and packaging must remain intact
One exchange per order is permitted
Exchanges are subject to availability. Where a size is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.
Returns
Returns are accepted only in the case of a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item.
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery and are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Exceptions
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange
Altered garments cannot be accepted
Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Exchanged items are dispatched once the returned piece has been approved.

Our pieces are designed in a modern tailored fit.
We recommend reviewing the size guide carefully prior to purchase.
Trousers are intentionally finished to allow for easy alteration by your tailor.
