What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover)
  • Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum)

                                                             We currently offer a 5% discount on cryptocurrency payments.

On a case by case basis we will also accepting the following:

  • Wire Transfer (Domestic & International)
  • Check
  • Money Order
  • Zelle
  • Western Union
  • Interesting Trade 🙂

Please contact our support team for help placing an order.

For one reason or another traditional credit card processors and online payment platforms such as PayPal do not allow kratom transactions. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we keep adding and deleting partnerships with certain processors.

We plan on adding additional payments methods in next few months so be sure to keep checking back.

Cards can be declined for any number of reasons. We recommend the following steps;

    1. Check to make sure you entered all your information correctly and try again
    2.  Check with your bank to make sure there are no problems with the card
    3.  Some transactions may trigger a call from our card processing company to confirm your transaction.

Order Processing & Shipping

When will my order ship?

NOTE : All orders require up to 24 hours to process before shipping.

Monday through Friday shipping cut off time: 3 PM PST

Saturday, Sunday & Federal holidays: Closed

Overnight Delivery:

Orders must be placed by 3 PM PST, Monday through Friday to be eligible for overnight shipping. Please note:

  • UPS does not offer Saturday delivery for overnight shipments. Orders placed on Friday will arrive the following Monday.

  • UPS Next Day Air is not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events are outside of our control.

  • In the event of a delay, we will file a claim with UPS on your behalf, but refunds are not guaranteed.

  • Our team will do everything possible to support you throughout the claims process.

USPS Priority Mail:

In most cases orders places before 3pm PST M-F. Orders not shipped the same day will ship on the following business day.

We sure do! Overnight shipping is currently handled by UPS.

UPS does not delivery on Saturdays. Overnight orders placed on Friday will de delivered Monday.
